Payments & Visit Types

Insurance is not accepted, however you may use an FSA/HSA card or credit card. If you have a PPO insurance plan, a Superbill can be provided.

*All patients previously seen Dr. Sepehri for OMT at IMWT can schedule a “follow up visit”, but please fill out the intake form.

** First Newborn visit always complimentary when combined with mom’s post-partum visit

What to Expect

Please wear comfortable gym clothes to every visit

    • Review of Intake Form (bring list of current medications & supplements)

    • Detailed musculoskeletal history and osteopathic structural exam 

    • Osteopathic assessment of overall health using integrative & whole-person approach

    • Identification of structural imbalances 

    • Hands-on osteopathic diagnostic and therapeutic techniques

    • Re-evaluation of health status 

    • Hands-on osteopathic diagnostic and therapeutic techniques 

    • Exploration of other treatment modalities

    • Coordination of care with PCP & Referring Provider

Cancellation/Rescheduling

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do that online up to 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. 

    • If you are experiencing new signs of a respiratory infection (fever, chills, cough, sore throat) or tested positive for COVID, please do not come to your appointment and contact the office to reschedule.
